Looking to buy a home in 2023?… What to expect from the coming market place.

While the past three years have seen extreme swings, along with one of the strongest SELLERS markets in a generation, 2023 may be a better time to buy than you might think.

Inflation and interest rate hikes have cooled the market but the upside to this uncertainty is that many economists are predicting up to a 20% drop in home prices generally around the U.S. and certain markets could see an even greater drop.
Add to that the fact that a slowing economy will also likely bring 30 mortgage rates back down. This will mean more buying power for you at a time where sky high home prices fall back to earth.

The high country real estate market is always a desirable one. Our mild summer climate, beautiful snow and winter activities and breathtaking scenery combine to create a very unique housing market.

No matter if you are looking to relocate full time and call the mountains home, find your very own vacation home OR you are interested in making an investment in rental properties, there are deals to be found with the help of a professional with local knowledge.
I can leverage my close to three decades of living and working in all of the surrounding communities that make up the high country.

Finding a high country real estate agent that will listen to your needs or wish lists and knows how to zero in on the home that will be a perfect match can be a challenge. My years of experience working in sales for an international beverage company taught me the importance of making a personal connection with my clients.
It was a natural transition to bring that personal connection to my clients in real estate. Many of the people I have had the pleasure to work closely with, finding their dream mountain home, have become dear friends and wonderful neighbors.
Buying a home is one of the most important decisions in your life. Let me take the stress out of that process and share my detailed knowledge of the area to make this the fun process that it should be.

Potential investment rental properties can run the spectrum from traditional slope side condos to secluded cabins on private land with breathtaking views. My ability to think outside the box and my familiarity with those “off the beaten path” gems that nobody knows about allows me to make that perfect match with your new mountain home.
Thats why I have been called “The Real Estate Match Maker”.
